About Breathe Deeply

What is Breathwork?

In 2022, Breathe Deeply owner Hannah did a full '360' and completely rebuilt her life from the ground up. Tired of feeling dissatisfied in her career, relationship and lifestyle, she quit everything and went after what brought her joy. Now she works closely with clients using her knowledge of breathwork, meditation, movement, and personal development to achieve their wellness goals.

What exactly is breathwork? At Breathe Deeply in Brisbane, breathwork is a practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and support healing. In yoga, we practice pranayama which also controls the breath to improve well-being and spiritually connect us with our true identities. Breathe Deeply uses the term 'breathwork' when describing its services because what Hannah practices with her clients is always informed by tested and proven scientific research.
