1. Overview
At Breathe Deeply, we value your time and ours. As a small business, class sizes are limited and preparation is required for each session. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.
By booking a class, workshop, private session or event with Breathe Deeply, you agree to this policy.

2. General Class Bookings
Cancellations

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the class start time are eligible for:

A class credit (valid for 3 months), or

A transfer to another available session.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
3. Workshops & Special Events
Due to planning, venue hire, and limited capacity:

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event may receive:

A refund (minus any booking fees), or
-
A credit toward a future event.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person (please notify us in writing).
4. Private Sessions

48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a private session.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
5. Corporate & Group Bookings
Corporate and private group bookings are subject to separate agreements. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking contract or invoice.
6. Illness or Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of genuine illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Credits may be offered at our discretion.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or remedy for major problems with services provided.
