What is a Private Group Breathwork Session?

  • Facilitated by a trained breathwork coach who guides the group step-by-step

  • A 60 - 90 minute journey held at either my Salisbury studio or your chosen location

  • A short introduction to breath and how it impacts the nervous system

  • Gentle grounding exercises to arrive in the body

  • Guided breathing techniques designed to release tension and restore energy

  • Time for rest, integration, and reflection at the end of the session

  • Optional sharing or discussion for those who want to reflect on their experience
